Added:

- Options menu to turn items on or off.  This can be used to turn off an item you don't like, or to play with only one type of item.

- Quick start button - starts the game with three items at once and advanced items already introduced.

- Bugfix: some sounds that previously played while sound was muted no longer do so.

Unfortunately, updating the game breaks saves, so if you had a saved game, you'll have to start from the beginning.  I don't know for sure if anyone had a saved game before, but if so, I apologize.  I originally wanted to try out some ideas for new items, but because of this, I'm not sure if I will right now.
